However, it's thicker and heavier than most commercial bulk latex that I've come across (normally for use as carpet adhesive). I guess it's 80% rather than the usual 50% or 60% commercially available latex. It is strong, but over time tends to yellow. Terminology can be misleading as in most of Europe 'latex' describes what we call emulsion paint in the UK. Here latex means a rubber based glue - and Copydex is the best know version used for craft applications.
