With all of the talk about the old machines, when you are looking at buying
new machines (several) or even used ones, you would -IMHO- be much better
off looking at a Mac laptop and some additonal hadware to do what you are
talking about. Much simpler, cleaner, and most likely cheaper in the long
run (if not the short run)! Great advantage is that it can do all of the
slide/music stuff plus word processing, your accounting, etc. etc.
