I think the best way to find puppet companies in France is to see the
directory of  Themaa/Unima France where it is possible to search the
companies by region:
http://www.themaa.com/annuaire

Also, of course, you can see the worlwide directory of puppet companies of
my website, but I give them only by countries and you will have to visite
every french website to see where are the company.
