Dear Robert:

Only if it's someone besides me who's in charge of doing it!  By the 
time something gets moved from my "I really should do that"-list to the 
"Oh jeez, I haven't done that yet"-list  and on and on till it get it's 
wildly waving arms above the ocean of  craziness in which I seem to 
live...well you see where I'm heading.  

Seriously, though, it's great point and I'll mention it to Bart.  Part 
of it, in this case, is that I realized fairly late in the game that I'm 
the only puppetcrit person involved in this production so notifying this 
forum hadn't occurred to anyone.  But a more cohesive system for the lab 
to notify friends and family in the puppet world in general about 
upcoming events would seem to be in order.
