Hope this isn't too late, but for years I've been recommending an interesting web site as a source of free, short scripts which can easily be adapted for puppets. Go to http://www.fea.net/bobsnook/ Don't let the word "Christian" in the site name scare you off. The scripts are short (2 minutes and up) and very modern in tone, and subtle in their teaching. I am not a Christian myself, but I found reading the scripts to be a fun experience. There are 900 of them! They are indexed by subject, and the time for each and number of male and female characters for each is noted in the index. All of them are available free, as is clearly stated on the web site. Enjoy! -Bob Stone www.serious-comedy.com --- StripMime Warning -- MIME attachments removed --- This message may have contained attachments which were removed.
