POSTCOLONIALISM AND VIRTUALITY - A DISCUSSION AT "SEMINAR-13"

The purpose of this discussion will be to explore 
various political, social and cultural implications 
and possibilities of  "virtuality" in relation to 
"postcolonialism".  Everyone interested in this area 
of study is welcome to take part or lurk on seminar-13.  
This discussion was started on the postcolonial list. 
The messages relating to the thread can be found in 
the archives of the postcolonial list (February, 1997) 
at the http://jefferson.village.virginia.edu. 

Abstracts, articles and websites related to this 
topic will be linked to a website (currently under construction) 
at http://www.pitt.edu/~rxgst6/virtualpoco.html.  
Those who intend to join this discussion are requested 
to send a brief statement of their interest in this
