I recently read about a woman winning an honorary award for the first time in some male-dominated endeavor or other, and beaming, (my words in quotes) "I worked very hard, and if you work very hard, you, too, can get this honor...if you deserve it like I obviously do!" Is that a good role model for women going into the 21st century...i.e., "CONFIRMING CONFORMING" ? -Manjusree cyberdiva (aka Radhika Gajjala) wrote: > > liberal feminism? you tell me. > > r > > On Thu, 22 Oct 1998 iview-AT-technologist.com wrote: > > > Absolutely...Women in Wolf's clothing, equals of men...what brand of > > feminism is that??? > > > > -Manjusree > > > > > > cyberdiva (aka Radhika Gajjala) wrote: > > > > > > On Wed, 21 Oct 1998 iview-AT-technologist.com wrote: > > > > > > > I realize that...the question is: and why not?
