Subject: Downtime for the sa-cyborgs list on Thursday, Sept 27


Dear All,

On Thursday, Sept 27, the "lists" machine at Virginia, which hosts this here
sa-cyborgs list, is going to be moved to a new location.  Downtime is expected 
to be one business day -- with luck, the machine will be back online at 
the end of the day Thursday.  To minimize the amount of mail-bouncing that
the Virginia  system will have to handle while the "lists" machine is down,
kindly refrain from posting messages to the sa-cyborgs list during Thursday.
