The speech begins with the next msg. - in installments, hopefully one 
every morning until i've sent you the whole speech.

soon after you've read and digested, address your questions etc to Prof 
Beverley on this forum - he will get back to the seminar with his replies.

discussion between members of the "audience" is most welcome - so if 
there is a question or comment addressed to John, and someone in the 
audience feels compelled to add to the question or to respond to it 
in some way, go ahead.

If you feel like "interrupting" the "speech" - i think you should wait 
until the parts I send out begin to make some kind of sense as a whole.
