Subject: mistake - apology - promise:-)


so far, at least two people have brought my notice to a slip in 
downloading of Prof Beverley's footnotes - I will try and rectify this by 
this evening after i've taken a careful look at the hardcopy of his 
article and located the "problem" footnotes.

i'm sorry about this - hopeful for the next virtual speech i will learn 
to down load with more care.

meanwhile, if anyone has questions and/or points discussion....

also, feel free to carry over this discussion to the poco list - the 
archives of this speech and discussion are always available at
gopher://jefferson.village.virginia.EDU:70/11/
pubs/listservs/spoons/seminar-13.archive


but you will have to by-pass various previous msgs (previous 
temporary discussions on this seminar space) and perhaps start reading 
from the message with header which says something like "Get set" ...
(or look at the dates of the msgs and get to the ones that are dated in 
May 1996)
