just to start a discussion. this is a continuation of the responses on the
web, actually in http://www.pitt.edu/~gajjala/ch3.html , actually.

..is there space to examine the medium and its
use critically...as a dialogue between ..say -a believer and a
cynic ?
too often technology that is born for a certain need whether
eastern or western when applied out of 'context' causes more damage than
good...if we then say privileged or non-privileged instead of west and
east ,it automatically becomes a global concern and not a
geographic concern.
I am sceptical about accepting this medium in totality ...i want to
count costs before it reaches a state where the only response can
be 'OOPS , sorry'.
it might make more sense if you know that i am working to revive
indigenous industries and efforts as a response to marginalisation
of small primary producers by MNCs and 'modern' technologies.
