CALL FOR PAPERS

I want to draw your attention to KRITERION, a journal of philosophy that is
published by students at the University of Salzburg (Austria). This journal
was founded to provide students with an opportunity to publish their work.
It is a journal for students run by students; nevertheless, we have also
published articles from such well-known philosophers as Peter Singer, Karel
Lambert, Keith Lehrer, and Peter Simons.

The idea is to provide a forum for discussion; therefore, the ideal article
is short and controversial. Articles on all philosophical topics are
welcome. Occasionally, however, editions with a special topic are
published. The next topics will be Women in Philosophy and Philosophy of
Mind. Besides philosophical articles, essays on the situation of
philosophers and humorous essays on philosophy are also welcome.

KRITERION appears twice a year. Both English and German articles on all
philosophical topics are published. The price of the journal is kept very
low, to allow all students to subscribe.
