Hi Frank,

You had asked me in another post if I was aware of the group in 
Stockholm... I am, of course, but have never been in contact with them. 
I believe there is/was, also an active group in Madrid and in Brasil. 
We know, from Stuart, that there is a group in Prague.

The question becomes, should WE (as this list), make an active attempt 
at bringing this other groups together? 

Barrett and I both attempted to contact Rosemont last year, with no 
success, and, I believe, Rosemont is one of the "keys" to these other 
groups, but if he isn't a necessary factor, I think we should make an 
attempt.
