William,

WHAT ! ! ! ! !
Are you kidding ?
I never ever said or wrote anything like that !

Reality is that I have only ONE poor little mega, and that's all, for you,
me and anyone who needs (actually it might be more, I do not exactly know).

And well, considering the incredible figures I recently read on this email
list (did not I hear something 5 + 6 = 11 Mega ?), it is just as if I had
nothing at all and that's all I have.

But well, if 11 mega is a bit short and we need 12, my mega is ours.

Risk assessment paragraph...
-> Yes my computer may stop working
-> Yes the time bomb in the temporary Netscape version I have may explode
-> Yes I may go bankrupt or ill
But that's our common condition non?

Now I can do my best for finding additional resources,

For instance by buying a modem for my brother (which I have to do anyway
since I owe him several christmas gifts), then sending him to the right
Internet provider so that he gets 5 mega of free WWW pages, instead of 1
mega like me, then capture his space before he has even time enough to put
his very first byte in it.

Or by simply asking what would be the price of 5 additional mega to my own
internet provider

And I can make some LOW level HTML coding when required if I am provided
with a scheme about what people would like, and assuming that what they want
in not too complicated (i.e. forget about Java tricks)

But I have no idea of how a surrealist art exhibition should look like, and
I am not really skilled in good HTML (see my WWW pages and compare with
Barrett's and Michael's WWW pages for fun!).

And remember I am a very very slow and quite lazy person
(And I am quite sure not to be the only one, but as the French say, there
are no hard workers as two lazy ones setting to work together )

>We COULD just as easily, shoot for the "big one", as have a minor

Only visual, dear Visual William Dubin ?

>Equally, as this would leave out the participation of many people who

Ah! That's better...
Your are improving with every second, I see.
Wasn't I right to place all my hopes in you one year ago ?

>I would think, that the larger, more stupendous we make the effort, the

Obviously

Just a suggestion. Couldn't we establish some sort of list of our common
treasures in terms of hardware, software and Internet resources, just in
case it would be useful ? (even in the daily life, when we have nothing
specifically intelligent to do )
