I have the facsimile edition, with some learned notes by Jose Pierre, 
I got it in Paris in April. Even if you don't read French it is worth 
having. I have a translation in a magazine of Mesens' poem for 
Violette, which I think is short enough to copy onto this list. I 
will take a look. It ends "At the tribunal of the human body/ The men 
in bowler hats shall be made to wear hats of lead".
