There are societies in which there is no State. We should check that, but my feeling is that, except in the very few late thousands of years (which strictly speaking is peanuts), mankind survived quite well, without any State, WITH murder and not too much morality about it, except of course VENDETTA. Objectively, freedom of killing never ceased to be there... and vendetta also. It is very easy to have a concrete study of what we are discussing, just look to what tribes do. (I am too theoricist, they say...) --- A figure... In France in 80% of the cases, the murderer and the murdered know each other very well... Indeed. I mean that if the family itself could be abolished, 80% of the murders would be saved. That would leave some space for different sorts of initiatives.
