I could totally share with what Michael said if we couldn`t make the
exhibition that we want to do, i mean if Lynn or anyone made previous
unreasonable demands in return (as Frank said). From other side i
understand the reasons referred by Michael when he reminded the
facts referring the matter of H&B censorchip, the companions that
supported him and those who didn`t.

The matter could be considered very similar as if we had to
decide to make an exhibition on a place in which the owner wasn`t
a surrealist companion or even had nothing to do with Surrealism
but was kind and totally opened to open all the doors for a surrealist
exhibition. What could be our reaction? To no accept it?
I remember here that many surrealist exhibitions here in Lisbon (and namely
the last one at the S. Mamede Gallery) taken place in private
galleries in which the owners have nothing to do with Surrealism and
ever taken any position to the surrealists side.
Pardon me if i lost something on this particular matter.

Probably Michael have strong reasons to react like that but
i sincerely would prefer to accept the help from Lynn and others that
could help us on the condition they don`t demand anything in return.

I think the question is similarly as the acceptation or not of
surrealist artists out of the list here. My position is clear: if
space is available, i mean in which may participate more artists than
that are on the list here, i defend no one must be excluded except on a
particular and very strong reason comproved and documented (as on the matter
of Napravnik referred by Stuart). If space is small, just for a small group of
artists, so, i defend that only the group here or a few of others out of the
group must participate.

I sincerely (despite some navigation on the Web) ignore where to
do that exhibition. Have you any idea Michael? And the space is large
or small, i mean how many mb we would have available? How many pictures
for each including a short bio, some interventions, poetry etc. ?
