(Great choice of first names, by the way).

I don't know for certain, but DELTA may be referring to the Mississippi DELTA
region. If you know about BLUES (music), you will know that this is the home
of the blues. At one time,there was a surrealist group active in Birmingham
Alabama, which had (I think) about 7 members, through-out the (American)
South.

These people were primarely involved with MUSIC.

I was given their information many years ago, and wrote the woman who "was in
charge", but never recieved an answer. They published a paper entitled THE
GLASS VEAL.

Again, this may be a far streach, and the two may have nothing to do with
each other.

I have been in touch with MITCHELL CASHION  (a person in PHASES), who also
lives in Alabama, and was part of the GLASS VEAL. He was/is a very fine
collagist. Unfortunately, he doesn't believe in machines (not even
typewritters), so its all by hand-written notes, etc.

Doubt this will help, but it should give you a few new leads.
