I think this is quite clear.

I would not really care...

I do not think I "charged" you of that either.
I am not really interested of "charging" anyone at all.
I've never seen that it was leading somewhere anyway.

I just think some accuracy on this precise ground is important.

The quotation above 
shows that you are accurate enough for me when needed
