I'm Tim Druckrey. My work includes curating, writing and coordination
of projects relating to electronic media and representation. I have 
curated an exhibition called Iterations: The New Image that ran in 
New York until this january that was accompanied by a book on the 
issues of interactive art published by MIT Press, co-organized an 
international symposium in 1992 titled Ideologies of Technology at 
the Dia Center of the Arts (a book is forthcoming from Bay Press),
and at work on a book on the relationship between technology and
imaging since the invention of photography. 

Obviously the issues raised by the Rethinking Technology anthology
are essential to consider anad hope to participate in a way that 
will contextualize the writings in terms of what is emerging as a 
field where ethics, images, writing, expression are mediated through
the technological and where critical thought is often hidden beneath
the morass of ranting.
