I consider it misleading advertising to give one's post a subject like 
"Michael Current" or "Kirez" without delivering some smut about the person.  
It may well be that every argument is at the bottom ad hominem.  But this
dessicated general observation does little to heal the letdown I feel after 
scanning such a post for the promised personal dirt and finding nothing 
but ideas on technology.
