Well, there are two things, first - that it didn't happen, and second, 
that it was faked, that a simulacrum was created. And I think of this as 
a virtual holocaust (you can correct me), not real, but as-if - and that 
there has been an apparatus (media, technology, conspiracy) in place to 
create it.
