perhaps, but I think the horizontality of the web will allow anyone 
with the time to market almost as well as a hugecompany, AS LONG AS 
their product is directly relevant/interesting to a significant 
minority of web users (i.e. semi-heavy computer users).  In R&D & 
financing, yeah, you're absolutely right!  The successful small biz 
will still work out of the office home, while Billy Gates has the 
lear jet & owns basketball teams. 

I suspect this list is relatively small.  Thanks for the input.

Yeah, you're probably right!  lurkers are a strange breed...
