sir/madam - sri/srimati

I would be most interested to receive a copy of the paper by Shakya and
Parish on Urban Newar Women. I am writing up a work on participation and
development in a well project in Patan (UMN-CDHP). The people of the area
are Newars including Maharjans and Shakyas. One finding was that it was
difficult to involve women in decision making about construction activity -
the preserve of men. The men even made the pump handle too high for the
women to pump comfortably. I am trying to sort out the cross cultural ethics
involved in seeking to influence gender roles as an expatriate.

thankyou
