Dear Partha,

I think that the real problem is that we often respond to something
without following the discussion thread to understand what the poster
really means...the poster also is probably writing somewhat hastily and
hasn't explained fully and clearly.

My point is simply that we give everyone a proper hearing before
launching into charges.  That keeps personalities and indirect
criticisms out of the picture.
