Mohammed,
you might try the women's human rights resources out of the Univeristy
of Toronto -- it is a website that includes an annotated bibliography,
conventions, UN and NGO reports and links to other sites. All of the
materials relates to international women's human rights law. The site
is being revised and updated so you might find what you are looking for
in the new material that will go up on the site -- revisions should be
available in about a week's time.

In particular, there is an article in the most recent addition of the
American Journal of International law that deals with feminist
perspectives on international law (by Hilary Charlesworth I believe).
There is also another article written sometime in 1998 I believe that
takes a gender perspective on migration laws, both national and
international. Sorry, I can't remember the author or the journal at the
moment. The bibliography of both of these articles may prove useful if
you don't find the articles themselves that useful.
yours truly,
Reem Bahdi
PS: If you have trouble finding the 2nd article, please e-mail me and I
will give you more precise details! Good luck
